Sale Policy

All of our items are personalized and made to order. Which means as soon as you place your order, we will get to work producing it for you and for that reason, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods that are only eligible for a return if you have received a defective product.

Bynelo is based in Nigeria so most of our items are made in Africa with some exceptions of when we run out of production capacity and we have to outsource to factories outside of Africa to produce your items.

All claims for incorrectly printed / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 14 days of product receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Complaints considered to be an error on our part will be the subject to an exchange or a refund. If your package was lost in transit due to an incorrect address on your part then we wont be held liable to refund you as you will be asked to place a new order with your correct address.


If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us to let us know by attaching a photo showing the defect. The return address will be communicated to you after validation of your complaint.

In the event of a delivery failure resulting in the package being returned to us, we will send you an email to notify you. You can then opt for a new shipment of your package at your expense. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the postal service, the shipment wont be returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of placing a new order once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

Customer returns:

Please always contact us before returning any product. Due to the personalization of the items, we do not refund orders if the buyer changes their mind . Please check the size guide for each item carefully.

DELIVERY:
Your order will be shipped within 7-10 days after receiving your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon shipment of your order (including the tracking number).

PRICES:
Prices are valid only at the date of placing an order. Item prices are subject to change. Only the price displayed on the site at the time of placing the order is valid between the parties. Some prices displayed does not include shipping costs.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

We don't accept returns on Customised orders (items made specifically on your request).

Our policy does not permit any returns or exchange on swimsuits and intimate wears. All sales on this items are final due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on such items.

For other Items (excluding Customised Items) they must only be returned if you received a damaged or defective product in the condition in which they were sent and must not have been worn or used. All Shipping costs in case of return or Exchanges will be paid by the customer.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES
Bynelo is not responsible for delays due to customs in the destination country. Nor are we responsible for any customs fees that may be charged by customs; all customs charges are determined by the destination country and to paid by the customer.
